Returns and Exchanges Policy
As a small, newly launched brand, we currently have a limited return policy:
- We don't offer returns for change of mind or sizing issues.
- We do accept returns for faulty items.
Why this policy?
We're a small team making each garment on demand, just for you. We don't mass-produce our apparel. Instead, each Gracefiber piece is crafted on demand when you place your order. As we grow, we plan to change this policy as soon as possible.
Keeping Costs Down:
By producing items as they're ordered, we avoid the expenses associated with maintaining large inventories. We don't need big warehouses or excess stock, which allows us to keep our prices reasonable without compromising on quality.
What if my item is faulty?
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to make it right. Email us at: hello@gracefiber.com
